How does it work in 4 steps?

Step 1: Acquiring knowledge (meeting with the TRAINER)

Short webinar/video/presentation/online training – you will learn how to have effective conversations, elicit caller engagement and respond in difficult situations.

Step 2: Skills exercise: (PDCA)

  • You train – sparring partner in VR, in immersion, you experience the conversation, you train the contexts of the conversation, different personae, different topics,
  • You get feedback – recommendations on what you should pay attention to and improve,
  • You practice again – sparring partner.

Step 3: Implementation

  • Supports you in everyday duties and difficult situations,
  • Helps you solve difficult tasks,
  • Answers questions.

Step 4: Summary
