How does it work in 5 simple steps?
Step 1: Contact us
Apply so we can understand your and your organisation’s specific challenges and goals.
Step 2: Equipment delivery and training
We will deliver a selected number of VR kits directly to your business and train your team in the use of the equipment so that you can manage the process yourself.
Step 3: Implementation of the development programme
Managers from your organisation will go through the following process:
- Selecting a scenario from 20 extended managerial situations that they want to practice.
- Immersion in VR and access to a virtual office where an AI-controlled interactive character awaits them.
- Real-time interaction, i.e. a conversation in which the AI reacts to their words and decisions, adjusting their behaviour.
- Feedback, specifically a detailed report with analysis and guidance for further development.
Step 4: Analysis and reporting
You will receive a detailed report with results, competency analysis and development recommendations for each manager to help you identify key areas for further development.
Step 5: Further development support
Based on the results of the report, we will provide specialised training as part of the offer in order to strengthen the competences of the managers based on previous interviews.
Optional: On-site micro workshop
In order to maximise the potential of the training, we offer a 90-minute micro-workshop at your company. Our trainers will come to you so that managers can practice the scenarios live and get immediate feedback.

Do we need specialist equipment to use VR training?
No, we provide all the necessary VR kit as part of the service. We will supply the equipment and train your team in its use.
What is the issue of data security and privacy?
Data security is a top priority for us. All information is encrypted and stored according to the highest security standards. Our solution does not require the use of personal data.
Can the training be delivered in English or a language other than Polish?
Yes, our training courses are available in English. We can also consider other languages depending on the needs of your organisation.

What are the costs associated with the training?
Costs depend on the number of VR sets, the selected scenarios and additional services (e.g. scenario personalisation, additional workshops). After discussing your needs, we will prepare an individual quote. We assure you that it will be transparent and attractive compared to alternative solutions.
Is it possible to test the training before making a decision?
Yes! To this end, we invite you to a free VR Experience workshop, where you can test our solution in person and convince yourself of its effectiveness.
Can the training be integrated into our existing L&D programmes?

How do you measure the effectiveness of the training and the progress of the participants?
